Human-Demons Mod - It's officially out!
Finally, Human-Demons is out only for DOOM 2 in GZDoom!
This is an enemy replacement mod where Doomguy fights anthropomorphic demons along with enemy human soldiers, each of them have very unique personalities. The mod also replaces the SS Troops, the Icon of Sin, etc. The creation of this mod was inspired from Angelic Aviary. Each enemies act very differently in a challenging way which can be mastered based on their pattern of attack. Most enemy sprites were made from MS Paint.
The difficulties are also increased by 1 level, meaning that Normal is equivalent to Ultra-Violence. About Nightmare mode, this mod rebalances it, causing enemies to no longer respawn or become turrets. But are still dangerous due to their increase of aggressiveness and damage, even monsters no longer infight in this difficulty.
This mod also introduced an enemy variety, which have a chance to replace some enemies with new ones. And a new difficulty named "TRUE SLAYER", much more difficult than nightmare mode and enemies are replaced into their stronger variants.
This mod was also play tested by me if you were wandering. Pistol starts are not recommended on higher difficulties when progressing through levels. Monster Infighting is recommended if you are playing on Normal or Hard, not on Nightmare or True Slayer.
Human-Demons also have a custom settings menu to change some enemies based on the map your playing on, including the Romero head.
Warning: This mod contains slight fanservice on some enemies, strong language, increase of Doom's already violent atmosphere and goofy ahh violence.
