Human-Demons 1.666b - Heresiarch re-balance
A minor update that re-balances the Heresiarch boss to make him more challenging. Change log Heresiarch pre-charge frame decreased from 35 to 20. Added Lightning and Blizzard attack for the Heresiarch. Heresiarch Voice clips changed Heresiarch Ice resistance and Fire vulnerability removed.
